Q: Can I run IconCool and IconCool Editor together?
A:Yes, but it takes a lot of memory to run the two programs together, so in many cases you should close all other programs first.
 
 
Q: How can I upgrade my IconCool, IconCool Editor, Graphics Converter Pro or My Buddy Icons easily?

A: If you are registered user, simply use the Live Update function to upgrade your application to the latest full-working version. If your application is an old copy which doesn't support Live Update, please download a Full Installation Package from the Download page, then re-install it again.

B: For trial versions, please download the upgrade package (an Exe or Zip package), and install it within your existing folder. This overwrites the original files of the same name.

 
 
Q: I am a registered user; how can I get the latest upgrade information?
A: We automatically notify all registered users of every Major Upgrade. If you aren't getting our notification, please send an Email to Feedback with the following information:

A. Software Name
B. Order ID
C. Registration Name
D. Email Address(included in your order, or used to receive the first registration info)
E. Old registration code


If you can not offer all the information, please info us:

A. When did you order IconCool software ?
B. Where did you order IconCool software (Regsoft,RegNow,ShareIt,RegNet, other )?
C. How much did it cost ?

We'll send you the upgrade information without charge within 24 hours.

 
 
Q: When I double-click a picture file in the File List area of IconCool, nothing happens. What should I do?
A: Verify the status of "When converting a picture to icon" in the Options menu.
 
 
Q: I paid for the registration. Now, 24 hours later, I still haven't received my registration code. Why?

A: Normally, you can simply finish the registration by the following steps:

1. Make sure you have received an email with confirmation that your order has been authorized.
2. Make sure your application supports Live Update. If it is an old copy, please download the Full Installation Package from the Download page, then re-install it.
3. Run your application, click [I've already purchased...] on the Registration dialogbox.
4. Enter your Email which was specified in your order, click [I don't have the registration code].
5. After authentication, your registration code will be sent at your email.
6. Check your email box to get your registration code.
7. Enter your registration code, then click [Next]. Your application will be upgraded to the latest full-working version.

If you still haven't received the registration code for 12 hours, it will be for one of the following reasons:

a. You didn't use a credit card. Our Online Registration turnaround only works with credit-card payments;
b. You may have accidentally entered an invalid Email address with your order;
c. It may be an oversight on our part.

Whatever the reason, please contact us as soon as possible with a valid Email address, and we will send your registration code to you promptly.


The following customers should contact us as soon as possible with a correct Email address. We've been unable to send Email to you using the address provided.
